Banking & Finance

Pietragallo’s Banking Group includes its commercial and real estate finance practitioners who offer a full array of services for lenders and borrowers. Our clients include national and regional lenders, commercial developers, national and regional business borrowers, and small business and individual borrowers across the business sector.

Our vast experience in financial transactions enables us to efficiently navigate the structuring, negotiating and documenting of commercial transactions of all sorts, including single-lender deals to more complex multi-lender and syndicated transactions. We routinely handle commercial real estate development, construction and permanent financings, asset-based financing, equipment leasing, participations and letter of credit financings, as well as many other business and lending transactions.

While our attorneys have extensive experience representing financial institutions, the group also often represents borrowers in such transactions. We work to understand our clients’ needs and expectations, to accomplish the best, most effective borrowing strategies and solutions, and progress efficiently to take the transaction from negotiation of loan terms and documentation to loan closing and funding in an efficient, practical and cost-effective manner.

The attorneys at Pietragallo understand and are sensitive to the importance of strong and cooperative lender/borrower relationships. Whether representing lenders or borrowers, or any other party to a financial transaction, our specialized expertise enables us to resolve issues quickly with a business savvy approach to getting financial transactions closed.
