RICHARD J. PARKS is a partner in the Business/Corporate, Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Practice Groups of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Mr. Parks includes in his practice: creditors’ rights, corporate asset structure and acquisition. Mr. Parks has significant experience in the credit work-out area, including out of court credit restructurings, intercreditor agreements, litigation in bankruptcy related to preference and alleged tortious interference claims as well as representing parties in the acquisition of assets including joint ventures in the home health care service industry.

Mr. Parks has twice been selected as a BTI Client Service All-Star, a designation awarded by The BTI Consulting Group after surveying corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies to identify lawyers who provide truly superior client service. Mr. Parks is continuously recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for his practice in Corporate Law, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights, Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Real Estate Litigation.

He has served as a lecturer and instructor for the banking and lending trade associations, and has also served as a panelist on several seminars including panels discussing corporate structure designed to limit liabilities in specialized businesses and the protection of assets from liability. He has also lectured to construction trade groups on matters related to construction bonding issues confronting commercial contractors.
