Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing various real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and property development.
- Draft and negotiate complex documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Draft and negotiate entity governance documents.
- Review and analyze title abstracts, title insurance commitments, title insurance policies, property surveys, deeds/deed descriptions, and property condition engineering reports.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues in order to provide effective solutions.
- Represent clients in zoning review and approval matters.
- Represent clients in real estate tax appeal matters.
- Support litigation team in litigation involving real estate matters.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence and title examinations.

The Pittsburgh office has an immediate opening for a Billing Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling all accounts payable to a company by supervising invoicing and communicating directly with clients. Billing coordinators make sure that all customers are charged appropriately by keeping thorough records of all payments and bills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Partners, support staff, & clients as needed regarding billing and payment issues.
- Disburse retainer funds and send out correspondence to clients regarding the same.
- Process pre-bills (including but not limited to editing, adding time).
- Prepare and submit invoices electronically or by mail.
- Responsible for editing and generating invoices for electronic billing systems such as TyMetrix 360, LegalX, BottomLine Technologies, Mitratech and CounselLink.
- Perform conflicts checks and opening files.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting real estate documents including deeds, leases, purchase and sale agreements, declarations, easements, and development agreements.

- Manage the archival of historical versions of transaction documents throughout the negotiation and review process.

Primary practice groups would include white collar litigation, health care fraud, and commercial litigation while secondary practice groups include product liability, insurance defense, and employment law.
Job responsibilities would include:
- Transcribing, composing, formatting, editing, proofreading, and finalizing all forms of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and reports.
- Opening of new files, file set up and organization, preparing conflicts checks, and updating glance sheets and litigation profiles as needed.
- Preparing and filing of pleadings such as Appearances, Answers, and all pretrial and dispositive Motions in state and federal courts.
