ANNE M. MCFADDEN is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Toxic Tort and Risk Management & Workers’ Compensation Practice Groups. Her practice concentrates on defending clients in high-stakes toxic tort and asbestos litigation.

Ms. McFadden has significant experience representing manufacturers and other companies facing claims involving asbestos and toxic tort exposures across Pennsylvania and West Virginia, handling cases from inception through resolution.

Before joining Pietragallo, Ms. McFadden practiced at a regional law firm where she also focused on asbestos litigation and other civil defense matters.

She is actively involved in professional organizations including the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Women in Law Division, the Defense Research Institute, and the West Virginia Bar Association.

Ms. McFadden earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Administrative Law and Law, Public Service, and the Executive Branch. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
