Ohio Supreme Court Bars ‘Take Home’ Asbestos Exposure for Premises Owners Where Exposure Does Not Occur On Premises

Recently the Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a premises owner is not liable for asbestos tort claims when the exposure takes place off the premises.
