Marc S. Raspanti Appointed as Co-chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Committee Qui Tam Subcommittee

Marc S. Raspanti has been appointed as co-chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Committee Qui Tam Subcommittee for a two-year term.

The American Bar Association Subcommittees are essential to the overall functions of White Collar Crime Committee and are vital to retain members, mentor future leaders, accomplish goals, implement Projects, analyze and draft policy for the Criminal Justice Section and the ABA House of Delegates and most of all to work toward the abiding purpose of the Section, the achievement of Justice.
