Marc S. Raspanti Reappointed as a Member of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing

Marc S. Raspanti was reappointed by Governor Edward G. Rendell as a member of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing. Mr. Raspanti has served as a member of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing for three years.

The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing is an agency of the General Assembly affiliated with The Pennsylvania State University. The Commission was created in 1978 for the primary purpose of creating a consistent and rational statewide sentencing policy to promote fairer and more uniform sentencing practices in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
