A significant portion of her practice involves defending Civil False Claims Act/qui tam actions.
Janet L. Goldstein is a named partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm Vogel, Slade & Goldstein, LLP. For over 20 years, Ms. Goldstein has represented whistleblowers in major procurement, health care, and financial fraud cases under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act and related wrongful termination lawsuits.
