MICHAEL S. ROBINSON is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate and Estate & Trust Litigation; Estate Planning and Administration Practice Groups. His practice focuses on real estate law, with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions.

Mr. Robinson represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, and other commercial properties, as well as in commercial leasing matters, including the negotiation of leases with national tenants. He also advises clients on real estate financing and handles a broad range of residential real estate matters.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Robinson represents commercial and residential property owners in real estate tax assessment appeals. He is a past President of the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
