HOWARD M. ALEX is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and a member of the firm’s Estate & Trust Litigation; Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group. He brings more than four decades of experience advising clients on taxation, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, real estate and business transactions, and corporate law.

Mr. Alex draws on a deep accounting and tax background to guide clients through complex planning and administration matters. His clients include individuals, closely held businesses, and professional entities. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and previously worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm.

Prior to joining Pietragallo, Mr. Alex was a partner of a regional law firm, where he focused primarily on estates, trusts and business matters. He is recognized for his professional excellence with an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
