On June 12th, Pietragallo members Pamela Coyle Brecht, Esq., Ashley Kenny, Esq., and Barbara Parkes presented “The False Claims Act – Litigation Like No Other Leads to Unique Ethical Issues,” at the Delaware Paralegal Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting. Their presentation provided an overview of the False Claims Act and the unique legal and ethical issues that arise throughout qui tam litigation. Held in Wilmington, DE, their presentation sparked thoughtful discussion among attendees and highlighted the crucial role paralegals play in navigating the complexities of FCA matters.

Attendees were eligible for two CLE credits for the entire program.
