Pietragallo partner Marc Raspanti will be presenting this years now legendary “False Claims Act Update” during the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 2024 Health Law Institute, a two day conference being held March 12-13, 2024 in Harrisburg, PA.

Marc’s session will take place Wednesday, March 13th from 11-12 pm. It will give an update from the perspectives of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, defense counsel, and relator’s counsel. Marc and his esteemed co-presenters, AUSA Deborah Frey and Meredith Auten, will provide an overview of the law, exemplar cases, and areas of intensified focus for the government, defense, and relator’s bar. Marc pulls from his background in healthcare law, including being a member of Law360’s 2023 Health Care Editorial Advisory Board to give his best perspective.
