Partner Kerri Lee Cappella and attorney Robert Weinberg will be co-presenting “Succession Planning: Premarital and Postnuptial Agreements as Divorce and Estate Planning Tools,” on behalf of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh. Taking place May 16, this presentation will cover how prenuptial agreements are necessary in estate and succession planning and how to utilize premarital agreements to minimize marital conflict and protect family wealth.
