Pietragallo has extensive experience in Aviation & Aerospace law. This practice began in 1974 when Founding Partner, William Pietragallo, represented Cessna in a private aircraft accident. Since then, the Firm has continued to represent Commercial Airlines, Major Aviation Insurers, Air Frame and Power Plant Manufacturers, and FBOs. We work on all aviation matters related to Airline Crash Disasters, Commuter Aircraft Accidents, Private Aviation Accidents (including both fixed wing and rotorcraft), and Issues related to Terrorism & Security Breaches.

  • Successfully defended US Air relating to the crash of Flight 427
  • Successful litigated claims against Pan-Am for terrorism attacks in Rome, Italy
  • Represented Alia-Royal Jordanian Airline re 727 crash in Doha, Qatar
