DANIEL F. POLLACK is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Product Liability Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pollack was a law clerk at a regional law firm with a focus on business law and estate planning. While there, he supported a wide range of legal matters, including those in business law, tort law, contract law, and constitutional law. He also spent time as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel Regan of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, and gained experience as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm.

Mr. Pollack earned his J.D., from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University where he was the Secretary  of the  First Generation Society. While  in law school, he was a student attorney at the Duquesne Kline Tribone Center for Clinical Legal Education’s Re-Entry Legal Services Clinic as well as the school’s Veterans Clinic. He is a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Land Use Law. Mr. Pollack earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Robert Morris University in Political Science.
