DANIEL F. POLLACK is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Product Liability Practice Group.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Pollack has served as defense counsel for a number of original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) and distributors in the motorsports, automobile, and pharmaceutical industries. He has assisted in the defense of both personal injury claims and consumer protection actions. This practice crosses state lines, as Mr. Pollack has litigated products liability cases in Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Kentucky, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pollack was a law clerk at a regional law firm with a focus on commercial litigation. While there, he also assisted in employment law, constitutional law, and criminal law matters. Before that, he spent time as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel Regan of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, and gained experience as a law clerk at a personal injury firm.

Mr. Pollack earned his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where he was the recipient of a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Land Use Law. He also gained practical experience as a student attorney at the Duquesne Kline Tribone Center for Clinical Legal Education in the Veteran’s Clinic and Re-Entry Legal Services Clinic. Mr. Pollack was an active member of the law school community as well, serving as the Secretary of the First Generation Society. Before law school, he earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Robert Morris University in Political Science.

Outside of law practice, Mr. Pollack serves as an Alumnus Advisor for the Pre-Law Society at Robert Morris University. He is also an active member of his parish and is the Captain of East End Trial Group FC in the Allegheny County Bar Association Soccer League.
