LORRAINE W. MERVAN is special counsel at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and a member in the Family Law Practice Group.

Ms. Mervan has practiced in the area of family law since 1992, concentrating in high net-worth marital estates and divorces involving small and family-held businesses and limited partnerships. Prior to practicing law, she worked in accounting and finance. Ms. Mervan has a great deal of experience negotiating settlements, prenuptial agreements, agreements for support, custody, and division of property.

Ms. Mervan is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association, where she previously served as a Council Member for the Family Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She has been recognized as an AV Preeminent rated attorney.

Ms. Mervan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Lehigh University where she received her MBA, and Bucknell University.
