AARON M. MCDONOUGH is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Business & Corporate and Bankruptcy Practice Groups.

Mr. McDonough focuses his practice on real estate development. From initial acquisition to project completion, he guides his clients through the various stages of the development process, including negotiation, title review, government permitting and approvals, regulatory compliance, and the creation of planned community and condominium associations. In addition to development, Mr. McDonough represents owners, brokers, and managers of residential and commercial property in purchase, lease, listing, and management agreements.

Mr. McDonough also maintains a robust business practice advising for-profit and non-profit entities. His experience includes advising clients in business formation and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, governance and compliance, employment matters, and settlements.

He is actively involved in the Allegheny County Bar Association where he serves as a Council Member in the Real Estate Section.

Mr. McDonough earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where he wrote for the Business Law Journal and served as a board member for the Appellate Moot Court Board. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University.
