P. BRENNAN HART is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and serves as Co-Chair of the  Professional Liability Practice Group and the Litigation Defense Practice Group. Mr. Hart has a broad range of legal experience. His practice currently focuses on professional liability, fiduciary liability, D&O and E&O liability issues. Mr. Hart has significant experience with commercial litigation, products liability, coverage, employment practices, environmental, health care matters, cyber issues, and transportation. His experience includes the handling of catastrophic and mass injuries. He also evaluates and monitors cases for excess insurance carriers.

Mr. Hart began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County. He has been involved in defense litigation for more than thirty years.

Mr. Hart has served on the Judiciary Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association and has been a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Hart has served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. For six years, Mr. Hart served as a Hearing Committee Member.

He is also active in community affairs and has served on boards and advisory committees for a number of local charities. Mr. Hart currently serves on the board of the National Kidney Foundation of the Alleghenies and served on the NKF National Board for six years. He also serves as Counsel to the Board of The Ryan Shazier Fund for Spinal Rehabilitation. He is the past President of the Board of Governors of the Duquesne University School of Law Alumni Association.
