QUINTIN DILUCENTE is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. DiLucente represents consumers, small businesses, and corporations in high-stakes litigation spanning across the country in both state and federal courts. His practice is focused on all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, complex business transactions, tort actions, depositions, and discovery. He also has experience in representing clients in class actions, MDLs, antitrust litigation, and securities litigation.
Mr. DiLucente is also a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Guardianship Project which works in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership and Neighborhood Legal Services Association to provide pro bono legal services for families who need to establish guardianship for disabled family members.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DiLucente worked for the Honorable Susan Evashavik DiLucente for over three years while attending law school. While there, he assisted in various aspects while she presided over cases in the Family Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas as well as the Criminal Division.
Mr. DiLucente is a member of the Hay-Sell Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
Mr. DiLucente earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law while enrolled in the Evening Division program. He received his B.S., in Economics with a minor concentrated in Business Finance, at The Pennsylvania State University as a member of the Dean’s Honor List.
