On Thursday, October 9, 2025, attorney Ashley Kenny, along with paralegal Barbara Parkes will present “The False Claims Act – Litigation Like No Other Leads to Unique Ethical Issues,” at the National Federation of Paralegal Association’s, Inc. 2025 Annual Convention. Their presentation will provide an overview of the False Claims Act and the unique legal and ethical issues that arise throughout qui tam litigation and will highlight the crucial role paralegals play in navigating the complexities of FCA matters.
