Partner Gaetan J. Alfano served as a commentator during the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s March 2026 argument session, which aired on Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) TV on March 12, 2026. In this role, Gaetan offered insight and context on several cases before the Court, helping to highlight key legal issues in the arguments.
Gaetan is Chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group and brings extensive experience in commercial and employment disputes, as well as insurance insolvency and receivership matters. He currently serves as a Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
