Adam Garret Moderating CLE for Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division

Attorney Adam Garret will be moderating “Social Media Risks: TikTok, Instagram and Medical Professionals”, on behalf of Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. This one-hour CLE program will explore the intersection of healthcare, social media and the law. Taking place virtually on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 12:00-1:00 PM, this CLE will cover how medical professionals use various social media platforms for professional purposes, while navigating possible challenges such as HIPPAA violations, misleading medical advice, defamation risks and ethical pitfalls.
