Douglas K. Rosenblum has been appointed Co-chair of the ABA White Collar Crime Committee’s Philadelphia Young Lawyers’ Division.
The committee sponsors and organizes educational programs and events in and around the Philadelphia region. These programs focus on all aspects of white collar criminal cases in both state and federal court. Previous topics have covered all stages of litigation from investigation through sentencing and appeal. Invited speakers include prosecution and defense practitioners, along with recognized experts in related fields of False Claims Act litigation and parallel criminal and civil proceedings.
