On March 10, 2026, partner Tim Hazel will present on “Negotiating Commercial Real Estate Purchase Agreements & Options to Purchase,” on behalf of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).
Using his extensive experience in commercial real estate and general corporate matters, Tim will address key issues for common commercial asset classes such as industrial, flex, retail, and connect those issues to practical due diligence steps and contract provisions. He will also discuss how the roles and duties of licensees and attorneys intersect during the negotiation process.
