Our vast experience in financial transactions enables us to efficiently navigate the structuring, negotiating and documenting of commercial transactions of all sorts, including single-lender deals to more complex multi-lender and syndicated transactions. We routinely handle commercial real estate development, construction and permanent financings, asset-based financing, equipment leasing, participations and letter of credit financings, as well as many other business and lending transactions.
While our attorneys have extensive experience representing financial institutions, the group also often represents borrowers in such transactions.
