GABRIELLE I. WEISS is an Associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is a member of the Employment and Labor Group where she focuses on a variety of issues including defending discrimination claims and conducting internal investigations. Ms. Weiss also works on White Collar and General Litigation matters.

Ms. Weiss currently represents clients in a variety of areas, including:

  • Defending discrimination claims based on race, color, religion, national origin, pregnancy, age and disability
  • Conducting internal investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment, abuse and failure to comply with government regulations
  • Litigating commercial disputes
  • Defending professional liability actions

In addition to her current practice, Ms. Weiss follows the rapidly developing information privacy and data protection laws. As a legal extern in the Office of General Counsel at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Ms. Weiss worked on General Data Protection Regulation compliance and the revision of the museum’s employee handbook. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Weiss was an intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez, currently Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Weiss received her B.S., cum laude, in Legal Studies in Business from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Ms. Weiss worked in the Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic, representing low-income individuals in legal guardianship cases and in Social Security adjudications. Ms. Weiss was also a recipient of the 2018 Dorothy Day Pro Bono Award in recognition of her pro bono work with the Juvenile Law Center.
