DASHA GORLOV is an Associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Fiduciary, Estates and Trusts Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Gorlov has represented clients in complex business disputes involving commercial contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices. In her Fiduciary, Estates and Trusts Litigation practice, Ms. Gorlov handles disputes over probate and estate administration, litigation between beneficiaries and trustees regarding fiduciary duties, objections to accountings, and will contests, including claims of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity. Ms. Gorlov helps families and individuals in Allegheny County establish guardianships for their loved ones as part of her work with the Firm’s Pro Bono Guardianship Program.
Ms. Gorlov received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. At Cornell, she served as Articles Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. Ms. Gorlov worked on numerous academic projects, including authoring the article Encouraging Parties to Mediate: California’s Confidentiality Rule and Its Current Challenges, published in AAA’s Dispute Resolution Journal ©2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gorlov completed an internship with the Ithaca City Prosecutor’s Office. She has served as a summer associate in New York and Washington D.C., working on such matters as consumer protection, products liability, First Amendment, and nationwide class action litigation.
