PITTSBURGH, PA – Shelly R. Pagac, partner at the law firm Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, will be a featured speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Employment Law Institute West” CLE program on November 12 and 13 at the Pittsburgh Marriot City Center.
Ms. Pagac will present on “Prepping Dos and Don’ts – Can’t We Just Testify For Our Clients?” She will discuss relevant rules from the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct as well as a checklist for effective witness testimony. The institute will provide insight from experienced attorneys and judges who will provide targeted, practical, timely information that is immediately useful in the employment law practice today.
Ms. Pagac is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She has been defending, counseling and training employers since 1988. Ms. Pagac has successfully defended her clients in state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout the United States, including California, Texas, Indiana, and Utah. Ms. Pagac is also a certified mediator.
