Ashi Colina has joined Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP in the firm’s Government Enforcement, Compliance, & White Collar Litigation team. Ms. Colina adds to the depth of the firm’s growing White Collar arena and its expansion in the Palm Beach Gardens office that opened in May 2022.
Ms. Colina joins Pietragallo from a leading international law firm in New York City where she litigated matters involving fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate and securities claims, corruption, bribery, money laundering, and embezzlement, as well as internal and government investigations. Prior to that, she was an associate at a national law firm in its Chicago and New York offices where she represented clients in criminal and civil government-related matters, as well as financial institutions and companies in complex commercial and business litigation and appeals.
Both Ms. Colina and Tama Beth Kudman, Managing Partner of the Palm Beach Gardens office, are licensed to practice in New York. This places Pietragallo in a unique position to service companies and individuals with Florida and New York interests and business ties. Ms. Colina is also fluent in Spanish. This coupled with both Ms. Colina and Ms. Kudman’s experience in Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) cases provides the office with unique skills to address international clients and FCPA work throughout South America.
