Jeremy E. Abay is serving as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School, where he teaches Deposition Advocacy. This skills course is a part of the Law School’s Advocacy and Litigation curriculum.

Mr. Abay represents whistleblowers, employees, consumers, and corporations in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts. His practice covers healthcare fraud (qui tam), wage litigation, and consumer fraud. He has obtained multimillion-dollar settlements for taxpayers, misclassified workers, and victims of consumer fraud.
