REBECA HIMENA MILLER is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is a member in the Commercial Litigation and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice Groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Himena Miller completed an internship in the Legal Department at a British multinational pharmaceuticals company where she concentrated her work on business and commercial matters. She also has previous work experience as a Contract Legal Administrator and as a Data Scientist with a regional hospital system and a health insurance company.

Ms. Himena Miller has been elected to a 3-year term in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates as a Zone 12 Delegate, concluding in 2025. She was also elected to serve on the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Council and the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Nominating Committee for the 2023 election season. Ms. Himena Miller is a member of the Q. Todd Dickinson Intellectual Property Chapter of the American Inn of Court and the Hay-Sell Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Inn of Court.

Ms. Himena Miller earned her Juris Doctor, with an emphasis in Patent Law, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College. While at Washington & Jefferson College, she participated in Varsity Golf, was a solo violinist, and traveled abroad to Ecuador and Spain.

Ms. Himena Miller is a native Spanish speaker, and can speak, write, and read proficiently in French. In her spare time, Ms. Himena Miller is an avid marathon runner having completed numerous Pittsburgh marathons.
