MICHAELA L. CLOUTIER is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cloutier practiced at a regional law firm, concentrating on product liability and toxic tort, along with a broad range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, trucking and transportation, and long-term care. She also served as a judicial intern to Chief Judge John E. Jones, III, of the U.S. District Court Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Cloutier is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) Future Leaders Program, which recognizes emerging leaders in the product liability and complex litigation defense bar.
Ms. Cloutier earned her J.D. from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law. While there, she served as a Senior Editor of the Dickinson Law Review. She also earned the CALI Award in International Law and Advanced Persuasion. She holds a B.A. in English from Yale University.
