Soller will speak at the “Trial Advocacy-Federal and State Court Lay Opinion Evidence and Expert Witnesses” CLE on March 18, 2016 at the Fairmont Hotel.  He is part of a panel of Judges and practitioners who will speak on “Effective Trial Advocacy regarding Lay vs. Expert Opinion Testimony.” The program is co-sponsored by the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Allegheny County Bar Association Federal Court Section.
