Shelly Pagac, co-chair of the PLAN Regional Meeting in Chicago on July 20, 2023, will be moderating the panel “Weathering the Storm: How to Shelter Clients from Harassment Claims”. She will be joined by speakers Andy Dorman of Reminger Ohio, Trenton Gill of Reminger Indiana, Cynthia Carter of Berkley Select, and Camille Cribaro-Mello of Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance.
This panel will address how to investigate complaints of discrimination or harassment, describe what constitutes harassment, teach claims professionals how to train employees, and how to recognize ways to defend claims if they are made, all through the lens of an actual case.
