James J. Buldas and Phillip R. Earnest will speak at the Pittsburgh RIMS March meeting titled, “An Update on Indemnification Agreements and Additional Insured Endorsements.” They will provide a brief review of how to properly navigate a defense and indemnity tender, and provide insight on how to effectively negotiate and broker these agreements at inception to avoid subsequent litigation.
