Joseph L. Gordon will be participating in a Philadelphia Bar Association webinar on Wednesday, April 29th to discuss Employment Law issues amidst COVID-19. In this informative program, speakers will share their expertise regarding: workplace safety, issues for workforces that travel, remote work, immigration, healthcare/HIPPA issues, wage and hour issues, employee leave/ADA, and discrimination/harassment/EEO issues in the context of Covid-19. The speakers, who include two employees of the US EEOC, will also address the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
