ALEXANDER M. OWENS is a senior associate in the Philadelphia Office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, False Claim Act, and class action matters and defendants in product liability and white collar litigation cases.
Mr. Owens received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University where he majored in International Relations. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. At Temple, he was an Executive Articles and Symposium Editor on the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
Following graduation from Temple Law, Mr. Owens served as a law clerk to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Owens represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in state and federal courts. Beyond litigation, Mr. Owens counsels clients on regulatory issues arising under federal and state healthcare laws.
Mr. Owens has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in Class Action Litigation by Super Lawyers. He has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch® 2024 edition for his practice in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions and Commercial Litigation.
Mr. Owens is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
