Other topics to be discussed during the seminar include a live demonstration of the latest social media sites; tips necessary to effectively obtain discovery of social networking sites during litigation; use of litigation hold letters to preserve information; how to request access from employees to view personal social networking sites; deposition questions, interrogatories and requests for production to obtain postings; and the latest guidance from the National Labor Relations Board on the extent to which an employer can control an employee’s use of social media sites.
