Thomas J. Ward
THOMAS J. WARD is a Special Counsel in the Business Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Mr. Ward focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, international business, and general corporate law.
He has an extensive background in the corporate world, having served in legal and management roles with Disston Inc., Dravo, Rockwell International and Westinghouse. Mr. Ward joined Pietragallo from Federated Services Company, the service arm of Federated Investors Inc., where he was senior vice president and general counsel.
Mr. Ward was a founding trustee and president, and now serves on the advisory board of the Bethel Park Community Foundation and is a member of the Board of the Pittsburgh Catholic newspaper and the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Partnership. He is also a past president of the Board of Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Ward received his J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law and his B.S. from Duquesne University, where he is a member of that university’s Century Club of Distinguished Alumni.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
