Divya Wallace
DIVYA WALLACE is a litigation associate in the Employment and Product Liability Practice Groups with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is based in the firm's Philadelphia office.
Ms. Wallace focuses her litigation practice on complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, and product liability litigation. Her recent representations include:
- A painting contractor engaged in a contractual dispute with a former employee;
- A tire manufacturer against numerous claims across Pennsylvania and New Jersey;
- A board chairman of a college against defamation and intentional interference with prospective contractual relation claims;
- An international telecommunications company engaged in a contractual dispute involving indemnification issues;
- A major trucking company against claims of negligence and negligent entrustment throughout Pennsylvania.
Previously, Ms. Wallace served as a judicial law clerk with Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas Judge Vito P. Geroulo, where her duties included conducting legal research and preparing judicial opinions/bench memoranda on numerous criminal law and criminal procedural issues.
Ms. Wallace received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Bravo Award from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for excellence in legal research. She was also a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Maryland’s Journal of Business and Technology Law. Ms. Wallace earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey.
Ms. Wallace is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Recently, she was appointed as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute's Young Lawyers' Committee.
She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
