David W. Turner
DAVID W. TURNER is an associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Construction Practice Consortium.
Mr. Turner’s diverse civil litigation practice focuses in the areas of products liability law and commercial litigation. He has represented a wide variety of manufacturers in products liability actions. In addition, he has experience in a broad range of matters including personal injury law, real estate law, aviation law, construction law, and surety defense and recovery.
Mr. Turner earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Turner represented low-income clients as a legal intern with the Pittsburgh office of Neighborhood Legal Services. Additionally, he served as the editor-in-chief of the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy and was a semi-finalist in the school’s moot trial court competition.
Mr. Turner is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and the American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Outside of his practice, Mr. Turner is a firefighter with the Fox Chapel Volunteer Fire Department.
