Heather A. Trostle
HEATHER A. TROSTLE is an associate with the law firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and a member of the Risk Management and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Trostle has litigation experience in the areas of insurance premium disputes, medical malpractice, employment law, and general liability. In addition, Ms. Trostle has developed e-discovery plans for clients so that each client is able to benefit from greater control over electronic document collection, review and production, and gain a strategic advantage through the process.
Ms. Trostle obtained her law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where she received the National Association of Women Lawyers award, as well as the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Most Outstanding Advocate award. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Trostle is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia and the Federal District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia.
