Jennifer R. Russell
JENNIFER R. RUSSELL is an associate member in the Employment, Commercial Litigation and Litigation Defense Practice Groups of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.Ms. Russell’s practice focuses in the areas of employment, commercial, products liability and business litigation. She provides employment counseling and training to employers on various issues including compliance with state and federal discrimination, leave and wage and hour laws. She has represented clients in all phases of civil litigation and has practiced in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Russell received her law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1996, where she was a member of the Women's Law Association. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and graduated with honors in English.
She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, including the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association; the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she is a member of the Commission on Women in the Profession; and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Ms. Russell is one of the firm’s representatives for the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association and is a member of the choir at the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, where she and her family are members.
