Lee Ann Rhodes

LEE ANN RHODES, an associate at the law firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, is a member of the firm’s Workers' Compensation and Employment Practice Groups.

Her responsibilities include researching and writing about complex legal issues. She prepares findings to be presented to the Workers' Compensation Judges and briefs to be submitted to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board on behalf of employers. Briefs often center on such issues as whether a work injury has occurred, whether the worker is disabled as a result of a work related injury, the competency of witnesses and their testimony.

Ms. Rhodes was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Ms. Rhodes received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was Associate Recent Decisions Editor of the University's Law Review. Her case note regarding the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Babbit v Sweet Home Chapter of Communities for a Great Oregon was published in Issue 4 of Volume 34 of the Duquesne Law Review.

Ms. Rhodes received her bachelor’s degree in History and English from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, graduating with highest honors. While attending St. Vincent College, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Academic Honor Society and the Pre-Law Society.
