Benjamin T. Queen, II
BENJAMIN T. QUEEN, II is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick and Raspanti, LLP.Mr. Queen is involved in all aspects of patent prosecution and has extensive experience with electrical, mechanical and physics related technologies, as well as software and business method technologies. He also handles matters such as preparing patent infringement and validity opinions, freedom to operate opinions, technology transfer and licensing, intellectual property due diligence matters, trademark clearance opinions, trademark prosecution and trade secret counseling.
Mr. Queen is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Queen received his law degree and his bachelor's degree, with honors, in mechanical engineering and mathematics from West Virginia University.
