Robert J. Monahan
ROBERT J. MONAHAN is a senior associate in the Business Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Mr. Monahan’s practice is focused on commercial, real estate and asset based credit accommodations, representing both lenders and borrowers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of various types of credit facilities, thereby providing Mr. Monahan with experience evaluating expectations of both sides of the transaction enabling him to design solutions to meet client needs and close transactions. Additionally, Mr. Monahan has been involved in sophisticated real estate transactions, including negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and easements.

- $3.9 million credit facility
- $2.7 million real estate acquisition
- $1.2 million real estate acquisition
- Negotiating and drafting loan restructuring agreements, forbearance agreements and initial finance agreements.
- Representation of national retailer in the negotiation and drafting of leases for commercial retail locations.
Mr. Monahan received his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he provided legal services to indigent clients through the school’s Health Law Clinic. He earned his B.A. degree at Ithaca College.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia.
