Timothy J. Lyon
TIMOTHY J. LYON is an associate in the Product Liability Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lyon was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Weis, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Lyon has also served in the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Lyon received his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He was a member of Law Review and the Order of the Coif and also served as Chief of Staff for JURIST's Paper Chase and as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant. In addition, he received CALI Awards for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Property, History of American Law, Sales, and Legal Profession. Mr. Lyon obtained a B.A. in History with a minor in classical languages and a related area in French from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated summa cum laude.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
