Timothy J. Green
TIMOTHY J. GREEN is a senior associate with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and is a member of its Health Care Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses in the areas of medical professional liability litigation, commercial litigation, and toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Green is experienced in handling medical negligence cases and has successfully defended cases ranging from the development of bedsores to the successful defense of a pediatric cardiology death case. He has represented a wide range of health care providers, including pediatricians, mental health professionals, hospitals, anesthesia groups, nursing homes and health clinics.
In addition, Mr. Green has handled commercial litigation for health care providers, as well as for a variety of other commercial entities. He also represents a wide range of companies in toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Green received his law degree from Ohio Northern University, where he was the Coordinating Editor of Law Review, President of the Icelandic Law School Exchange Program, President of the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and recipient of the first year Research and Writing Class “Book Award” for highest grade in the class. Mr. Green received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University.
Mr. Green is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania and Ohio state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Ohio and American Bar Associations.
When not practicing law, Mr. Green serves on the Board of Directors at Calvary Chapel Pittsburgh and enjoys coaching his children’s youth-league sports teams.
