Holly E. DiCesare
HOLLY E. DiCESARE is an associate in the Business Group of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.
Ms. DiCesare’s practice is focused on general corporate law, commercial collection litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
Ms. DiCesare’s experience includes:
- Regularly appearing before the Courts of Common Pleas and Western District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Courts, presenting a broad spectrum of pleadings.
- Negotiating settlements and attending arbitration or trial.
- Personally handling over 300 cases, ranging from initial collection to post judgment collection proceedings.
Ms. DiCesare received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While at the law school, she completed internships with ACLU and the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Ms. DiCesare received CALI Awards for the highest grades in Estates and Trusts, Real Estate Transactions and Property. She was also a member of the Appellate Moot Court and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She was also on the Editorial Board of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Ms. DiCesare earned her B.A. degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. While earning her undergraduate degree, she completed an internship with the FDIC.
Ms. DiCesare received the Nora Barry Fischer Award for 2011, an annual award which serves to recognize an attorney within the Firm who has given back to the legal profession and the community at large.
She is on the Board of the Directors at the Washington City Mission and is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division. She is also a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Shadyside Action Coalition.
She is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
