JONATHAN J. POLI is an associate in the Litigation and Employment & Labor Practice Groups in the Steubenville office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Mr. Poli has experience in matters involving pension plans, specifically 412(i) plans, as well as various employment-related matters such as unlawful termination. He also has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, intellectual property and employment discrimination. He has served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he previously served as a legal intern.

He has written on the Americans With Disabilities Amendments Act and is currently researching the refined definition of fiduciary under ERISA. Mr. Poli has also previously presented on the topic of crafting of workplace social media policies.

During his time at Michigan State, he was an associate editor of Law Review and was elected Senator of the Student Bar Association.
